How to compare Zylax packages

When your quotation offers more than one package, the differences are rarely just price. Compare on the points that will affect you over the next two years.

Compare these, in this order

  • What the site has to achieve. A brochure site that establishes credibility has different needs from one that must generate qualified enquiries or sell online. Start here, not at the price column.
  • Page and template count. Check the count against your actual sitemap. A package with fewer pages plus paid extras can cost more than the next tier up.
  • Design depth. How many custom template designs, and how much is reused. This is usually the largest driver of both cost and how distinct the result looks.
  • Functionality. Forms, booking, e-commerce, member areas, integrations. Missing functionality is the most expensive thing to add later.
  • Content management. How much you can edit yourself. Cheaper builds sometimes mean returning to us for changes you expected to make in house.
  • Revision rounds. More rounds is worth real money if several people on your side will have opinions.
  • Support period. The length of post launch support included.
  • Recurring costs. Hosting, licences and maintenance. Add up the annual figure, not just the build price.

The mistake to avoid

Choosing the cheapest package and adding to it. Add-on pricing works out higher than the equivalent tier, and mid project additions cost schedule as well as money. If you can see yourself wanting a feature within a year, quote it now.

The other mistake

Buying capability you will never use. A large e-commerce build serves nobody if you sell four products by WhatsApp.

Ask for a comparison

Tell us your budget range and your priorities and we will say plainly which package fits and why the others do not.
