Deposits and payment schedules on quotations

Your quotation sets out when payments fall due across the project. Understanding the schedule before you accept lets your finance team plan for it.

The deposit

A deposit is payable before work begins, at the percentage stated on your quotation. It confirms the booking and secures your slot in the production schedule. We do not begin design or development on a verbal go ahead, because production slots are allocated in sequence and holding one blocks another client.

Milestone payments

Larger projects are split into milestone payments tied to stages of work, such as design approval or the start of development. Each milestone is invoiced when that stage is reached. An unpaid milestone invoice pauses the next stage, which pushes every date after it, so route these to your finance contact promptly.

The final payment

Due at completion, before or at handover. Administrator access, credentials and the handover document are released on full settlement.

Recurring items

Hosting, licences and maintenance plans are billed on their own cycle, shown separately on the quotation with their renewal frequency. These continue after the project ends until you cancel.

How to pay

Bank transfer to our Maybank account or DuitNow QR, both shown on the invoice. Use the invoice number as the payment reference and send the transfer receipt so we can match it quickly.

Payment terms

Each invoice states its due date. Terms are counted from the invoice date, not from when it reaches your accounts department, so forward invoices internally without delay.

If the schedule does not suit you

Say so before accepting. Payment schedules are set at quotation stage and there is more flexibility to discuss them then than after work has started.

What the deposit does not do

It does not lock the launch date on its own. That also depends on your content and feedback arriving as agreed.

For questions on your specific schedule, reply to the quotation email or write to [email protected].
