The dashboard is the first screen after you sign in at crm.zylax.com.my. It is a summary view designed to answer the question "is anything waiting on me".
What you see
- Outstanding invoices. Anything unpaid or overdue, with amounts in MYR and due dates. This is usually the first thing to check.
- Pending quotations. Quotations sent to you that have not yet been accepted or declined, with their expiry dates.
- Active projects. Your current projects and their status, so you can see at a glance what stage each one is at.
- Open support tickets. Tickets you have raised, with their current status and whether the last reply came from us or from you.
- Recent activity. A running list of what has changed lately, such as a new invoice, a payment recorded or a file uploaded.
Navigation
The main menu holds the full sections: Projects, Invoices, Estimates and Quotations, Support, Files and Contacts. The dashboard shows highlights, the sections show everything including history.
On mobile
The portal is responsive. On a phone the menu collapses behind an icon, usually top left. Everything remains available, though reviewing a long invoice or a project thread is easier on a larger screen.
What to check weekly
- Any invoice approaching its due date.
- Any quotation approaching expiry that you still intend to accept.
- Any support ticket where the last reply was ours and we are waiting on you.
If the dashboard looks empty
A new account with no activity yet will show very little. If you expected to see a project or an invoice and it is missing, you may be signed in under a different contact record than the one the document is addressed to. Tell us and we will check.
Multiple people
Each contact sees the same company data, subject to the permissions set on their account. Finance staff can be given invoice access without project access if that suits how you work.
If something on your dashboard does not look right, reply to your email thread or contact [email protected].
