How to log in to the Zylax customer portal

The Zylax customer portal is where your quotations, invoices, projects and support tickets live. It is at crm.zylax.com.my and it works in any modern browser on desktop or mobile.

Your first login

When we create your account you receive an email with your login address and a link to set your password. That link is time limited. If it has expired by the time you open it, use the forgot password option on the login page to send a fresh one.

Logging in

  • Go to crm.zylax.com.my.
  • Enter the email address the invitation was sent to. This is your username, so a personal alias or a forwarding address will not work.
  • Enter your password and sign in.

If the login fails

  • Wrong email. Use the exact address the invitation went to. If your company changed you from an old address to a new one, tell us so we can update the record.
  • Wrong password. Passwords are case sensitive. Type it manually once rather than pasting, in case a trailing space was copied.
  • Account not active. A contact that was deactivated cannot log in. Ask your primary contact or write to us.
  • Stale browser session. Clear cookies for the site or try a private window.

Bookmark the right address

Bookmark crm.zylax.com.my directly. If you ever receive an email pointing to a different domain and asking you to log in, do not use it. Type the portal address yourself and check the padlock in the browser address bar.

Staying signed in

Sessions expire after a period of inactivity, which is deliberate. On a shared or public computer, always sign out through the account menu rather than just closing the tab.

Adding your colleagues

Additional people from your company can have their own portal logins with their own passwords. Ask us to add them rather than sharing one account, so each person has an accurate record of what they did.

If you still cannot get in, reply to your email thread with us or write to [email protected] and we will check the account from our side.
