How to download your quotations and estimates

Quotations we send you are stored in the portal at crm.zylax.com.my, so you always have access to the current version even if the original email is lost.

Where to find them

Open the Estimates or Quotations section from the main menu. Each entry shows a reference number, the date sent, the total in MYR, the expiry date and the status: sent, accepted, declined or expired.

Viewing one

Click the reference number to open the full quotation. It shows the package or scope, the itemised inclusions, any add-ons, applicable tax, the total, the payment schedule and the validity period. Read the inclusions list carefully, because that list is what defines project scope later.

Downloading the PDF

Use the download option on the quotation page to save a PDF. This is the version to forward to a colleague or attach to an internal approval request. The PDF carries the same reference number as the portal record, so quoting that number in any question tells us exactly which document you mean.

Sharing with your team

Two options. Send them the PDF, or ask us to add them as a portal contact so they can view it directly. For anyone who needs to see future documents as well, a portal contact is the better choice.

Comparing versions

When a quotation is revised, we issue a new version rather than editing the old one silently. If you have two similar quotations, check the date and reference number to be sure which is current. Ask us if you are unsure, because accepting a superseded version creates confusion on both sides.

Expired quotations

Expired quotations remain visible for reference but cannot be accepted. Ask us to reissue and we will confirm whether the pricing still stands.

Keeping your own copy

Download the PDF of any quotation you accept and store it with your project records. It is the reference document for scope discussions throughout the build.

If a quotation you expected is not in your portal, reply to your email thread or write to [email protected].
