Managed hosting means we run the server layer so you do not have to think about it. You get a place for your site to live plus the operational work that keeps it healthy.

The management
This is the part that distinguishes managed hosting from a bare server rental:
- Operating system and stack patching, applied on a regular cycle.
- Uptime monitoring, so we usually know about an outage before you do.
- Automated backups on the schedule stated on your plan, with restores available on request.
- Server level security hardening: firewall rules, sensible file permissions, blocking of common attack patterns.
- Resource monitoring, so we can tell you when your site has outgrown its plan instead of letting it quietly slow down.
Support
Hosting issues are raised as tickets at crm.zylax.com.my and handled during Malaysian business hours, with an emergency route for outages. Server side troubleshooting, certificate problems, DNS changes and mail routing questions are all covered.
What is not included
Application level work is separate. Editing your content, updating WordPress plugins, changing designs, tuning your theme, and building new features are handled under a maintenance plan or as project work. Email mailbox hosting is a separate service from web hosting, covered in its own article.
Where it runs
Our hosting is provisioned for good performance for Malaysian and regional visitors. If your audience is elsewhere, tell us and we will discuss the right location before provisioning.
