Some months are busier than others. A campaign, a product launch or a rebrand can use more time than a normal plan allows. Additional hours can be added without changing your plan.
When to add hours
- You have been told you are approaching your remaining balance and want work to continue.
- You have a one off piece of work that is larger than usual but not large enough to be a project.
- You want a buffer available before a busy trading period.
How to request them
Ask on your ticket, or email [email protected]. Tell us roughly how many hours you want or describe the work and we will suggest a number. We issue an invoice in MYR through the portal at crm.zylax.com.my, payable by bank transfer or DuitNow QR. Once payment is received the hours are added to your balance and work continues.
Top up or upgrade
If you are exceeding your allowance occasionally, buying a block of extra hours is the right answer. If you have exceeded it three periods running, upgrading to a larger plan is usually better value and gives you more predictable budgeting. We will say so rather than selling you repeated top ups.
Additional hours versus a project quotation
For work with a clearly defined outcome, such as a new template or an integration, a fixed quotation is often better for both sides because you know the total in advance. For open ended or exploratory work, hours are the fairer model. We will tell you which one fits a given request.
Validity
Purchased hours are used alongside your plan hours and follow the term rules on your plan. If you buy a block late in a term and expect to use it in the next one, say so at the time of purchase so it is recorded correctly.
